Project Management Requirements
- Plan ahead- there is absolutely no substitute for genuine preparation
- Monitor project costs down to the line-item level
- Schedule project activities down to the work-package level
- Constantly monitor for scope adherence by all parties
- Maintain communication with client
Key Activities
At ATSI, our Project Managers can relieve you of the burden of key activities such as:
- Develop and maintain a written scope of work
- Develop project budget on a line-item basis
- Develop and maintain a CPM schedule including critical milestones
- Develop the project execution plan (identify how and by whom engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up will be performed)
- Coordinate the sequence of work
- Manage project changes
- Manage procurement of equipment
- Manage contractors
- Track “cost vs. budget” for each phase of the project and project the “cost at competition” on a regular basis
- Provide you with regular project status reports
