Project Management Requirements

  • Plan ahead- there is absolutely no substitute for genuine preparation
  • Monitor project costs down to the line-item level
  • Schedule project activities down to the work-package level
  • Constantly monitor for scope adherence by all parties
  • Maintain communication with client

Key Activities

At ATSI, our Project Managers can relieve you of the burden of key activities such as:

  • Develop and maintain a written scope of work
  • Develop project budget on a line-item basis
  • Develop and maintain a CPM schedule including critical milestones
  • Develop the project execution plan (identify how and by whom engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up will be performed)
  • Coordinate the sequence of work
  • Manage project changes
  • Manage procurement of equipment
  • Manage contractors
  • Track “cost vs. budget” for each phase of the   project and project the “cost at competition” on a regular basis
  • Provide you with regular project status reports
