ATSI provided engineering for the installation of a new 115 kV substation for an existing 50 MW cogeneration facility. Modified existing plant 13.8 kV switchgear to allow connection of substation to the facility. Provided expansion for a concurrent plant project to allow for ease of future installation.

ATSI was requested to provide a detailed study of the electrical failures at the facility. The client is responsible for maintaining and operating the 15 kV and 5 kV distribution systems associated with a 230 kV/15.0 kV electrical substation. Three separate industrial clients are served by their power distribution system.
