Company Announces Hire of New COO

Mr. Leong brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of business development and strategy, business operations and sales team management. Mr. Leong earned his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Operations and Technology Management and a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Leong is a Western New York native and is actively involved in community and engineering organizations throughout Western New York. ATSI looks forward to Mr. Leong's leadership to enhance the Company's managerial skills and to leverage his experience and expertise to guide ATSI toward business opportunities.
