ATSI’s Industrial Technology Division provides design concepts and engineering solutions to accomplish the needs of our commercial, industrial and manufacturing clients. Our industrial expertise spans a broad range of engineering applications, including, new plant construction, system upgrades, capital improvements, process analysis and equipment installation. We bring a team of experienced professionals and a reputation for excellence to every project.

Production

Productivity is key to success in industrial operations. ATSI routinely handles projects to increase productivity for our clients. We provide engineering and project support for material handling improvements, machine and control upgrades and improvements, equipments specifications and evaluations, product processing upgrades and production flow improvements. We are experts in getting more product through the plant and out the door.

Plant

Plant size, shape and utility services need change constantly with new models and increased production requirements. ATSI’s engineers master the use of efficient space and time management on every project building expansions, utility inventories and analysis, piping, machine foundations and support reflect typical plant related projects we regularly complete.  Our staff works hard to tackle any aspect of your plant engineering inside and out.

Process

ATSI’s seasoned professional engineers use an interdisciplinary team approach to address challenges facing our clients. We provide solutions to instrumentation and control functions, control system design, thermal and mechanical stress analysis, equipment and materials specifications for any portion of the process design. Easy to understand PFD’s and P&IDs convey a quick overview of the process elements and flow.

Professionalism

Our principal and lead engineers are Licensed Professional Engineers (PE’s) in their disciplines. In addition, many of our staff engineers, including those who earned advanced engineering degrees, are also PE’s. ATSI continues to broaden out list of industrial and manufacturing clients by adhering to our strict standards of professionalism.
